1) 회사소개: 직원 규모 약 300명 정도의 외국계 화학 반도체 회사





2) 담당업무


- Provide technical service and product applications support for IBT’s, field sales & marketing


- Support Processing/Application problems


- Technical liaison to customers – to control information, especially of technical nature


- Technical presentation, training (internal and customer), data generation, etc


- Local & oversea trip for troubleshooting





3) 지원자격


- At least 3 yrs as an engineer in AE, process, semiconductor


- Minimum BS in chemical or polymer engineering, material science, chemistry or equivalent


- Good knowledge of film, pBOC, underfill products/applications


- Good interpersonal & communication skill


- Proven ability to write accurate technical reports


- Expert working knowledge of application equipment, analytical techniques, etc


- Ability in DOE’s, FMEA’s, 8D problem solving skill


- Expert in Power point, Work, Lotus Notes, Excel, Statistical Analysis Software (e.g miniTAB
