The Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering at Seoul National University provides cutting-edge expertise, ranging from fundamental principles of chemical and biological engineering to practical applications in industry. Our mission is to foster global leaders who will drive progress in academia and industry.
Currently, 35 dedicated professors and 17 administrative staff members are committed to educating and supporting our students. To nurture future leaders who will address real-world challenges in chemical and biological engineering with creativity and impact, our department serves over 1,000 undergraduate and graduate students. We continue to grow and innovate, sharing a vision of excellence and striving forward without rest.
